Common questions

Connecting Instagram

Instagram messages and posting need an Instagram professional account, either Business or Creator. Connect it in the app under Settings → Connected accounts.

Connecting WhatsApp

WhatsApp needs a WhatsApp Business number. Connect it under Settings → Connected accounts. If Facebook doesn’t continue after you confirm in the WhatsApp Business app, here’s what to do.

I can’t reply to a conversation

Instagram and WhatsApp only let a business reply freely for a limited time after the client’s last message: 24 hours on WhatsApp. The top of each conversation shows how much time is left.

I don’t see suggested replies

Reply suggestions and caption ideas use AI, and they stay off until you switch them on under Settings → AI & your data. Suggestions are drafted from your saved answers under Settings → Knowledge base, so add your prices, preparation and aftercare there first.

Calendar and bookings

Connect Apple Calendar or Google Calendar under Settings → Calendar. The app reads when you are busy so that it only offers times you can keep. From the calendar on your iPhone it never reads event names, notes, locations or guests.

Changing the language

The app is available in English, German and Spanish. Change it under Settings → Language.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account removes your account and everything in it as soon as you confirm. Deleting your data lists exactly what is removed, and what to do if you can no longer sign in.
